A dedicated team player who’s no stranger to networking, Varun Rajan brings a worldly mindset to his role with Belvoir. He earned his bachelor’s degree in architecture from India’s SRM University and later worked as an architect for Rubber Soul. While working on various residential and hospitality projects, he became interested in the business side of the industry. Wanting to learn more about structuring real estate deals and to pursue his passion for development, Varun moved to the U.S. in 2018. Following the move, he earned his master’s degree in land and property development from Texas A&M University. As the international advisor, Varun aids the brokerage team with document management and provides the support necessary to close commercial real estate deals.
